All you people with your stories are supposedly "grown-ups". No one put a gun to your head. I'm sure you were tickled to get your mortgages and new homes. The mortgage company was your friend. When things didn't work out, it was YOUR fault. You knew the terms. You are responsible for your actions. Quit your freaking crying and grow up. DON'T BUY IT IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT.

Stay away from Weichert Financial Services! We are in the middle of trying to secure a loan with their relocation department. They assigned us an unlicensed agent for our state, in the middle of our loan he handed our loan off to someone else without telling me. I get a call from this stranger telling me he taking over our loan. This new guy goes on vacation in the middle of our crucial timeframe to close without informing me. Finally we demanded someone who knew what they were doing, he tried to pick up the pieces of our mortgage that we were trying to close since September 1, 2010. The underwriter sent our paperwork out incomplete with the wrong assets documented, the investor in turn demanded an extra 32,000 in reserves to close the deal because they believed we did not have 20% down. We had to start over with another investor, in the mean time our short sale that we've been waiting for is NOW WAITING FOR US!!!!!!!!! Three months to get this together! Their internal miscommunication is costing us delays and we may be in danger of losing our home we have been waiting for.
Stay away from this unorganized uncaring company! BTW, they have a limited amount of investors they work with, limiting the loan packages.
