If you are speaking of Atlantic Homes that builds in the Williamsburg area. They build good quality homes and offer great warranty service after the purchase of a home. I would highly recommend them. I have sold numerous homes built by them. Feel free to PM me for any further info !

I think he is talking about Atlantic Builders in the Fredericksburg area... (I could be wrong though). I have talked to a few people at work who have homes with them, and they like their home and the service of the builder. Also, if you're still thinking about Ladysmith Village, I personally think that Atlantic Builders is one of the better ones here... Some of the others have had problems...

Hello,
I moved in to a new neighborhood ( Hollymeade ) in Newport News and it has been the worst experience I have ever had. The homes are junk and all of my neighbors feel the same way. I have had numerous problems and all I seem to get is the run around. I am seeking legal counsel. I would highly suggest finding another builer.

He was talking about Atlantic Builders in Fredericksburg, VA.... not Atlantic Homes LLC, like you're talking about.
Plus he's already getting the house.

Is this the Hollymeade which is right off of Denbigh Blvd? My wife and I were thinking of purchasing a unit, any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What are the plans?
Hi there, i was looking at the Hollymeade townhomes in Newport News off of Denbigh Blvd. I was there in Sept. and it was still pretty much construction. Does anyone know what they have planned for development? I have 2 kids and was hoping for a playground or place to play. Thank you.

Just noticed this old post. There has been chinese drywall found in the construction of Hollymeade Town homes. Home owners there are part of a national class action law suit.

Atlantic Homes LLC has quite an issue with Chinese Drywall. It has been found in Overlook Point in around 10 houses so far. They have refused to fix the problem and tell us their insurer has refused to fund any fixes. Going to sue them and join class action suit. They really should be doing much more to fix their mistakes!!!!
