Sorry, both my Volvos were pre-Brick Era -- '59 PV 444 and '64 Pv-544. The ones that looked like a Hippopotamus. The famous "sports car that drives like a truck" concept.

yep, i will take one of these all day long, especially with a 4.2l ford V6;
If the 850s and P80 V70s count as bricks then I'm in. If you're thinking of the RWD 200/700/900 series......not so much. Still like them but I wouldn't call myself as much of an enthusiast of those.
My dad's parents had an '84, '87, and '94 bricks. I think the 84 and 87 were 700 series and the 94 was an 850. The first car I ever rode in, at two days old, was that '87 model.
I never knew they were called 'bricks". I liked these cars. They just look so solid. I also like the looks of an '85 760. Nice an clean looking. Hard pressed to say which I like better.
I know where a restorable (it need a lot of work) P-1800 "wagon/hatchback" is for sale. They did not make very many of these beautiful cars. I would restore it myself except I don't have the room of money. PM me and I'll put you in touch with the owner.
