Default Commute from Upper Marlboro to Bolling

Hi - does anyone know what the commute is like from Upper Marlboro or surrouding areas - drive time (and time of day it takes for that drive time) and recommended routes? Thanks.

where at in Upper marlboro are you located. If your closer to the courthouse then I would say 45mins to an hour. Without traffic maybe 30-35 mins.

Hi again. Is it faster to from Upper Marlboro to take the 4 North to the 295 and then come S on the 295 to Bolling -- or to take the 4 to the 95, go South on the 95 and then connect to the 295 and come up the 295 to Bolling? I have no idea where DIA is on Bolling or where the entrance is from the 295.....
thanks.

You could go from Pennsylvania ave (Route 4) and hop on Suitland Pkwy. Make a left onto Firth Sterling (Anacostia Metro Station is going to be on your right, right across from that is Firth Sterling). You could come on base through the Navy gate as well. You will run into the rear of DIA older building. Your other alternative is taking Pennsylvania ave to 495 south and hop onto 295 and get off at Malcolm X avenue. DIA is right off the Main gate. Also Another trick is take 495 South and get off at exit 4 (Forest heights and 210/Indian Head Hwy) go down Indian Hwy and enter DC. go down to you see Chesapeake street on your left. Once your up there your going to go up the hill. Pass a elementary school and go down the hill to the Visitor gate at Bolling. I believe that way will save you from going down 295. Suitland Pkwy is going to be your fastest option, if you get to your job around 6:30-7. If you leave the house after 6:00 a.m. Suitland Pkwy, might be a hassle. Both 295 and Suitland Pkwy are very unpredictable. Sorry for the late reply, hopefully this helps.
