Hello thinking about moving to Upper Marlboro. Can anyone tell me why so many townhomes/condos are for sell in the Watkins Place development?

This is a very good question. I just went on Redfin and saw 9 of those places being sold there are short sales currently. Sounds like a lot of people couldn't afford these homes. 9 short sales in a complex that small is SCARY!

Yeah, they were selling near 400K when new, and now I see them renting around $1800, something went down in that neighborhood in a major way.

They were overpriced to begin with. I toured a model and while it was cute it sure was small on space and not worth the money. My opinion of course.
