I'm not familiar with communities. What does that entail? We will be on sailfish terrace, what community is that? we will be renting

Did you click the above link? If not, then take a minute to look at it as it list all the amenities. The area you're moving to is sometimes call the 'docks'.

Sailfish is part of the South Village Corporation. You'll be a street over from where I live now.

The area is Ok - it took a downward turn during the housing boom but a lot of the trashy people have been foreclosed on and a lot of young families have been moving in. It's very diverse but pretty friendly.
