The areas definitely aren't the best. The prices are pretty low and there must be a reason.

There's no address, but the map makes it look like it's on Good Luck Rd. If it is, it could be okay, but the price is extremely low! There must be a reason for that. The other two, I would not even consider.

Two of them appear to have a contract pending. I have seen many listings for Madison St. homes in recent years. Either it's a transient area or it's rough. Or both.

I agree that they aren't the best areas. There are other areas with "tons of black people" that are lots safer.

Assuming that the Lanham house in on Good Luck Rd like the map shows, thats definitely the best choice of the three. The other 2 aren't necessarily in bad areas, but are close enough that some of the crime and quality of life issues may spill over, especially the Riverdale house.

The one in Lanham, MD also appears to be under contract. It does look like it's right off Good Luck Rd which is a a pretty decent area.

PG7446563 on FranklyMLS.com 6836 TREXLER RD, LANHAM MD for $110,000 in SCHROM HILLS Home For Sale

They are in the area that I grew up in and they weren't the best back than and are way worse now. Lanham had always been a better area but I am not familiar enough with it now to say. The house in Lanham looks like it would be off of Lamont Drive, I say this because my aunt lived there and it looks like the type of house.

I grew up in Landover Hills which is next to all the areas of the houses you posted and the neighborhood Giant has metal detectors upon entering now....What does that tell you?
