Default Horse boarding near Bowie

Hello,

I'm moving from NJ to Bowie in March and I am looking for a wonderful, safe, responsible, barn for my 5 year old gelding. Must have indoor and trail access. Does anyone know of a great, well respected boarding facility near Bowie?

Have you checked out www.equiery.com? (If that doesn't pull it up, google "the equiery"). It's the local horse business classified newspaper. They will have plenty of links! Just to help you geographically, I'm in Upper Marlboro, which is about 20 min. from Bowie. I know there are some farms with indoors in Croom, which is also plenty close. I don't know what they are charging now or if they have openings, but Hideaway Horse Center has the nicest indoor I've ever ridden in, and it would be about 30 min. from Bowie. I boarded there for a while before I bought my farm. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't have grazing.... the horses were turned out in small individual paddocks. But good luck with your search!

BTW, I may have boarding space come summer, but I don't have an indoor, and the horses are out 24/7... doesn't sound quite like what you're looking for.
