Hello people,
I have a rather odd problem. We are seeking a high-end rental in Potomac or Great Falls with the purchase option And need to move right away. We have cash and can pay a year in advance. We both have post-divorce credit issues which prevents us from purchasing now but lots of disposable cash. Our current home is going to settlement soon
which put us in a strange position.
The problem is finding either one for sale who is willing to do delayed settlement or a rental who is okay with the credit, considering they don't have to wait for their rent. The ability to pay isn't a problem.
If any of you know someone, PLEASE let me know!
