Hello:

Must drive to Baltimore on Monday morning. Must arrive by 8:30. How long will it take and what is the best route?

Thanks.

If you are going to downtown Baltimore, getting on I-95 is about the only way. You probably should take the Mapquest figure, add 10 minutes for traffic, and another 15 for parking and walking to your destination. The traffic is usually not as bad as DC area traffic.

If you were going to the west edge (Woodlawn), you could take 29 to I-70. That route used to take me 45 minutes, but i left earlier in the AM.

I am going to the courthouse on W. Lombard St. If I left from Georgia Ave and East/West Highway at 7:15, would i make it on time? I have to be there at 8:30.

Well, Google Maps says 41 minutes to 101 West Lombard. You would probably be there on time, but if it's really important, I would give myself 15 minutes extra. Do yourself a favor and locate a commercial parking garage, as some will be restricted to people with monthly contracts. Some of them take dollar bills in machines, so I would stock up on small bills.
