Default Condos in Rockville

I am considering buying a condo in Rockville. Does anyone know what the standard market prices are for a 1-br, 2-br, and 3-br? Any suggestions on what some good complexes are?

Go to the Realtor.com site, and request recent sales in Rockville with 1+ bedrooms, and some upper price limit. You will see a lot of recent sales data, and you can spot condos by the addresses. I don't see a "standard" price, as it varies from $100,000 for very basic amenities on Viers Mill Road to the $450K range for luxury places. About 150K to $200K will get you a modestly nice 2-bedroom.

As far as good complexes, what are you looking for? High-rise, garden, convenient to a Metro stop, pools and gyms?
