In the next few months my husband and I will be looking to put our home on the market. We are in the early stages of deciding on where we want to live, but really like the "all-inclusive" style of living in the aforementioned communities.

Since both are in Upper Marlboro, I assume families in search of similar communities would check both of these places out. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has looked into either Oak Creek or Marlboro Ridge and what were your thoughts? Did you purchase a home, and what led you to choose one over the other? OR Maybe neither of the two?

And if anyone else has any opinions in general about the neighborhood, schools, future potential, etc that would be greatly appreciated. We are fairly new to the area and really would like to hear what fellow residents have heard.

Thank you!
