Sounds wonderful. I'm sad to say that my first visit to historic Greenbelt was this year. The New Deal Cafe gets lots of good press. I will definitely increase my visits there in the future.

It is hard to find stand alone movie theaters these days as the multiplex theaters have proven to be more profitable - more selection = more patrons. The bad part of the big places is you run into different crowds than what are drawn to the film you wish to see. I hate hearing the soundtrack of an adjacent film over that which I am watching. As a result, I don't go out to see films. I love the Uptown in NW DC but the movies there aren't always my cup-o-tea so I don't venture there as much as I did in my youth.

That is my favorite theater in the state. Glad to hear it's getting some attention.
