Is there no one who can say that they truly care about their neighbor? Someone who can say that they are teaching their children what it means to love the world around them? How can we as a people ask to be treated ..fairly, kindly , and with manners... If we dont teach or expect it from our children anymore????? If we dont give respect to the people we come in contact with, how can we expect it from the people we share our moments (no matter how big or small) with.. We must live every moment as one that demands prudence, should we not???? We demand so much in our daily interaction , but give so little to help those who need...there are so many needs in our community, and by making ourselves available, we can change the coarse of our world...right now , it seems easier to be hateful than helpful...it seems... In reality, we choose not to give, but to take, at any cost, and that cost adds up to be a great one. The time is now, to stand up.. To demand the truth, and lead in a way that shows the ones that will, one day answer the hard questions of our times, that we had integrity, guts and a will that would not give up!!!! We need to slow down, look around and mend our families, communites, and be the positive change we want to see . Pay someone a compliment, give someone a hug, give with out expecting anything in return....let the better you be the one in control... Be the better you!!!! In all situations. Even when you feel like you could talk bad about someone. Use control when you feel like you could lose control. We must genuinely care about our communities...if not we fall short, and our world is at stake... How can i help you? Where do i fit in??? How do i make positive changes?? Where does it start...? The biggest changes come about by the most random acts of kindness, and if we cant find a starting point.... Then we must look deep inside and ask ourselves, do we really care about our future, our children, our world????? We cant wait any longer for someone else to step up, we must boldly step up and be the change we want in our world....

Great post. It starts in our homes, then to our neighborhood, and into our schools. WE are the change that the world needs. Be that change!!!!
