Depends on how high you want those towers to be. People forget there's an airport in College Park that is still in use that needs sightlines clear for pilots.

Crystal City no longer wants to be Crystal City there is a plan to make it more walkable and mixed use.

The point is that you two do not support the same or greater amount of Businesses Growth for PG County as Northern Virginia has be blessed with for decades.......

Some folx get into their feelings at the thought of PG County being equal or greater than Fairfax County in Business/Economic Growth thats why they are trying to hustle that "Development near transit Smart Growth" Bull Sh-- to derail support for making PG County(Suburban Maryland) easier to attract Major Businesses to relocate to the Maryland Suburbs........
