Why don't Wealthy PG County Blacks invest in Baltimore City??

Id say its actually not a bad idea if you are rich to the point of having money to basically throw away. It is possible that Baltimore City could see some rejuvenating development and gentrification that would make property bought on the cheap worth a great deal more during a hypothetical upswing. So if you have money to invest in the hopes that Baltimore will improve somewhere down the line then I would say go for it but realize it is most likely a long term investment.
