I think there should be some sort of high speed rail system that links DC to Dover AFB, with select stops in between. Yeah?

How would you get the train tracks built across the Chespeake Bay? I think a bus would be more cost-effective, unless someone can prove there's an extremely high demand for the route.

Why Dover and not just New York City? Nobody wants to go to New Jersey.

A rail link from DC to Ocean city would be attractive. The eastern shore would boom though.
