Hello. I have two big IKEA bags full of papers that I need to shred. Does MoCo offer free shredding? I'm not going to buy my own shredder and I don't want to try to burn these papers in the grill.

Try FedEx shipping and office centers. I took two boxes to them in College Park to shred. Though they charge .79 per pound.

Office Depot also has shredding.....99 cents a pound (but they also have coupons sometimes that can being the price down)

The Staples near me DID have it, but got rid of it. Don't know if ALL did though. So that might be an option, as well.

Some times various communities have 'community shred days' --Sat morning 8a to noon for example -- that might be sponsored by a local TV or radio station. But you just sort of have to hear about those on a public service announcement. And there's something like a four file box max per person.
