Hello. Where is the best place to buy basketball shorts at on the cheap. I am talking about the long, silky-sih, baggy-ish ones. Price IS an object. I don't want to pay more than $10 a pair. Any suggestions other than Target and Walmart. I hardly ever seem to find what I want there, and the prices are higher than you would think.

It's unlikely you'll find decent shorts for $10. You get what you pay for.

I'm sure some shorts are expensive but I've bought shorts from Modells in the $10 range. Look for sales. Kohl's is another option I forgot to mention above.
