I have some used books. Want to sell, even if only for like $1. Where do I go? Please respond soon as moving. Thanks.

Wonderbooks in Frederick will buy everything. Most other bookstores in Montgomery don't want them unless they are rare and collectible. When i moved, I donated many of them to the County library re-sale store (like the one at Wheaton) and wrote them off as a charitable tax deduction.

There is a Wonderbook location in Gaithersburg too. There is also Second Story Books in Rockville.

I'd advise you to call the Wonderbooks to see what they'll pay for your books before you take them there. When I checked there, they paid something very low, like a couple dollars per box of books. Still, they will buy anything you bring them. It may just be easier to donate them to the local library system or the library resale centers.
