Hi,

This is my first post on this site. I own a house in Laurel MD which I have recently updated. I have tried posting rental ads through craigslist and the university of Maryland, however I have not had a great reply. I need to rent these two rooms because I am going back to school and would need some financial help on the mortgage.

Is it the price? one room is for 500 (shared bath) and another for 650 (private bath, big room).

If you are renting a room, how did you find out about your place, and what was most appealing?

I'm not currently renting a room, but I am looking and I can tell you that for me the size of the space and the amount of privacy are the most important things. I am currently looking for a place in a "safe" part of MD which will put me closer to my new job in Arlington, VA.

Yes, the price is too high. Try $495 and you'll get alot more interest. Lot's of people renting rooms now,

Hi, I live in the Laurel Maryland area and looking for a place for me and my wife, I'm interested in the private one bedroom and bath. I need more information on how much money do you need to move in immediately. Please feel free to Email me at merkjones76@gmail.com.

It is, like, 10 miles from Greenbelt (north) or a 30 minute bus ride? I think they have public transit, but getting into the city seems like it could be a pain. So maybe the price is too high because when I went to Laurel...I did not see much of anything.
