From what I've been reading, in some parts of the country our home would be described as having two full baths and two half baths, and in other parts of the country it would be described as having one full bath, one 3/4 bath, and two half baths.

What we have is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a master bath with shower but no tub, and have two powder rooms.

So what would that be called for home sale purposes in the MD suburbs of DC?

In Maryland, there is not a difference between a full and 3/4, at least not in a real estate listing.

On MRIS (MD real estate listing) you have 2 full baths and 2 half baths. If you can bathe at all (shower or tub) its considered a full bath.
