A lot of the marijuana people buy on the streets comes from outside the U.S. in places like Mexico which is distributed by drug cartels. Those are terrorists. Anyone who buys marijuana is essentially funding terrorists organizations. Think about it.

The USDA and County Extension Agents can manage it fine.

Not going to happen until the Federal Government still classifies marijuana as an illicit schedule I controlled dangerous substance. Until that happens you are just going to have a couple of states here and there challenge marijuana laws.
Change will come, but it needs to be done carefully as not to create new problems like Maryland has.

So don't be so shocked, please note the level of criminality greatly decreased when Prohibition ended in 1933. History would repeat itself if given a fair chance!
