Hi everyone!

My friend has a new job in Georgetown. She's looking for 1 bed, 1-1.5 bath rental in a complex for up to $1,500/utilities included. Any suggestions? She'd like a gym/pool/on site laundry. Thanks!

Northwest Washington, Chevy Chase, Bethesda and Rockville would have studios or 1 bedrooms within her budget. However, it is important to realize the Georgetown does not have a Metro stop, and she may have to ride a bus or drive to the jobs. Therefore, it might be more desirable to find an apartment in Glover Park, American University Park or Friendship Heights which would be closer to the job. Hotpads.com is a good tool to locate places within her budget.
