I am curious about who the listing Realtor was on my previous home in the Arcola area of 20902. It was listed in February of 2016, and it closed in May of 2016. Does anyone know search tricks to find the listing Broker? They got a good price and the house had an offer in 6 days.

Barbara Ciment does a great job with her listings reports, but this sale is a bit too old.

www.redfin.com usually has the agent info. Just type in the address and the most recent sale will come up. There will then be a "Listing provided courtesy of" line w/the agent name and below that lists the buyer's agent, as well. At least this worked in the two test cases I tried....

Thank you. I actually had to click on the "sold date" and found that the seller's agent and buyer's agent were the same person. The house is in an excellent location in Kemp Mill, and it sold very quickly.
