It's time to start having some serious discussions about a full extension of the Purple Line down all the way to the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Developments like this, Suitland etc. would be perfect to infill coming down from New Carrollton. I know this may seem soon to some as it just broke ground, but remember we are about 10 years behind.

Gonna be a helluva commute for many employees (this one included). Luckily the agency is telework friendly.

Seems like all you care about is traffic.

If anything this would be good for the traffic situation in the area. Not only will this be accessible via Metro and have TOD at the site. This will help balance out the metro area east west divide, where the majority of the job centers are in the western part of the metro area, while the east is mostly residential.

Do you think this means the homes around Branch Ave metro will go up in value over the next few years? I'm looking into a potential townhome/eventual investment property in the gated community by Branch Ave metro. With all the development coming in 2020, I think now may be a good time to get in. Thoughts?

Its amazing to me how even in a majority Black county the lack of Black owned businesses of any significance and the lack of Black owned commercial property and land ownership.
