Most of the residence seemed shocked over this murder, that usually means it was rare an unexpected.

I disagree.Most people are shocked at a murder of any type.Murder is a crime that is never expected.

I always figured Fort Washington was on average safer than Southern Fairfax county. I'm glad now I have a map to prove it.
