I keep seeing alot of listings for the following in Mont. Co -

Strathmore at Bel Pre
Mill Creek Towne (all areas - east/west, etc.)

I know of these areas but not in depth. does anyone have any advice concerning purchasing around these places?

Thank you!

I know there are alot of apartments around Bel Pre and Georgia Ave. . . I was wondering what people thought of their effect on the SFH around there. There are lot in the "strathmore at Bel Pre" development in the MLS.

Same for Mill Creek Towne around Shady Grove Road and MidCounty Hwy.

Just wanted to know if anyone had any specific advice for these areas.
Thnx
