Which communities in PG County are fully planned communities. For those who dont know what that means, communities that have rec center, pool, tennis courts and other activities that are only exclusive to those residents of the community. (ie Simmons Acres, Oak Creek, The Preserve)

TIA

BeechTree but there are so many. I can think of 3 others in Upper Marlboro but I can not remember the names.

try khov.com, they have communities that offer the amenities you're seeking.

One would be Saddlebrook West in Bowie. They have a pool, tennis courts, tot lots throughout, and hiker/biker trails.

Pool and tennis courts restricted to community residents.

LOL! I'm glad we didn't go with them then!

Fairwood is nice, but I don't think they have a pool, tennis court, etc. I think Woodmore does. It is in Bowie too.
