Eviction
I want to evict my son, can I just write an eviction notice have it notarized and served or do I have to go before the magistrate? We reside in Prince George's County, Maryland.

Where is he living right now? In a place you own, but not the house where you reside? Is he paying rent?
He may be your son, but he's still the tenant. You'll have to research Maryland's law regarding evicting tenants.
