The wealthy have been moving to Virginia for the last decade or so. Talk to people in Loudoun -- there's a lot of ex-Montgomery Countians.

That's what "progressives" do to a community. NY, NJ, CA, MI, MD -- all taxing "the rich" into exhile.
I love how conservatives use the disadvantaged as a target whenever they wanna go off on a "liberals are evil" tirade. Because it's not like rich kids live off of entitlement programs, despite having earned absolutely nothing in their entire spoiled lives. Heaven forbid you ever have the compassion to help those less fortunate than yourself. That's a dirty socialist ideal. Because we all know how lower taxes and preaching "self-sufficiency" to those who don't have it has done wonders to improve their predicaments. Whatever the case, we must maintain the rich, white ruling class, no matter how insular, archaic, or antiquated we have become!! Change is bad!! Sieg Heil!!

It has nothing to do with "rich white ruling class". It has to do with creating multi-generational dependency on handouts. Welfare was meant to be a temporary helping hand not a lifestyle. It has to do with destroying the desire to provide for oneself. With the reverse racism of liberals, there is the belief that minorities can't succeed without handouts and lowered standards.

That does not change the fact that when "the rich" are overtaxed, they move somewhere else which exacerbates the budget problems in a community. Which is why I say Montgomery County's glory days are over.

Furthermore, you have no idea what I may do to help the less fortunate either in time volunteered or cash donations so don't go throwing stones.
