You don't understand the issues, why should those who work hard and make more than you have to pay a higher percentage. If you think about it, they do pay more than you (the poor). The poor pay next to nothing. If you want to argue facts, look how much the rich pay into the system, it is the highest percentage of the people. You tell me why $2.4M goes to illegals and why should thge rich pay for that, oh wait...you want to redistribute the wealth, probably an NObama supporter also. Tell you what, you see someone on the side of the raod trying to bum money, give him or her half the money you have in your wallet. What do you say to that? I know what you are going to say, its my money...typical lib. Try looking in the mirror again but turn on the light and open your eyes.
Show me where in my posts I advocated a progressive tax system.

Show me where I advocate radical redistribution of wealth.

Show me where I argue with you about any sort of policy position.

My purpose in responding to you was an attempt to educate you about the meaning of the words you were throwing around as insults. They betray your ignorance about politics and cast the GOP in a negative light. Our party doesn't need half-wits running around messaging boards spouting catch phrases (did you make up the "regressive liberal" yourself, or hear it on the radio or TV?)

I spent about 5 hours a week for the 6 months leading up the election working for GOP candidates helping to analysis voter demographics, constructing walking and mailing lists, working on messaging, and distributing literature door to door in neighborhoods. How do you spend your free time?

Calling me a liberal or making assumptions on my voting history (all wrong BTW) doesn't advance your position, it makes you look defensive and petty. You should try and learn from those that know more than you.

Ah yes! He's trying to fool all of us and start the western MD democrat revolution by using "typical liberal tactics" of explaining the meaning of "fancy northeast liberal college" words!

Bah43, you sound ridiculous. How do you expect anyone to take you seriously?

Ever live in Charlotte? What is MoCo culture? I am not talking about Dc I mean MoCo. Oh that's right one is a city and the other is a county. Oh and where did i state that MoCo represent the entire state of MD? I don't remember typing that. If anything MoCo pays for most of MD though, just like NOVA does for the rest of Virginia.

Oh I do agree with you that foreign non-Americans aren't yuppies, but they defiantely are a drag on the area if they are not paying taxes and cashing in on the benefits of a free education and health care.

Default Montgomery County welcomes illegals, as neighbors crack down

Keyser, using the typical comeback of liberals does not argue the point. The point is, even those who came here legally, paid their dues, did not ask for anything, assimilated into the culture, they do not like nor do they want those here illegally to be given handouts because people like you think we should pay for everyone else in the world? If you think that way then we should tax you people more and share what little bit you make, since you are so intent on "sharing the wealth". I did not say you can share mine.

In political terms progressive tax (number 2) is right out of the Communist Manifest, therefore I will not use it. Just as the so called "progressives" are trying to mess with inheritance taxes (number 3)...that is next on the list. They are already trying to take over the banking system (number 5)and manufacturing (number 9).

this is not about Race!!!! this is about ignorance and education.i dont care where the people came from. North Americans,South americans,Indians,Asians,Europeans,Central american,Persian. the only thing i want,is to live around with people with education, people who respect each other. not with ignorants, people who didnt even finished high school.that is a lot here.hopefully i move back to Roma.why people here think, that thir country is the big thing! YOU KNOW GUYS that is WRONGGG! iam from Italy,i live in many countries around the world, and the worst experience was NORTH AMERICA,THE USA side. you talk about ilegals, and iam totally agree with you,but ilegals doesnt necesary means Latino people, what about people from africa? OHHH but most of then are black,so they looks like usa citizens,or Europeans they could be ilegals too, ohhh but most of them looks like usa citizens, any of them can be ilegals too.i know maybe you only know the worst part of latino people, but not all of them are in the same bag.not all of them not speak english,or are ilegal,or doesnt look nice. its like saying,i cant not see the diference between a Whitetrash or a people with culture. or a niger and a people of color with culture too. sounds bad right? of course i know who is whom.so please dont be ignorant. its not about color its about culture.

I don't get it. Because you don't agree with the concept of progressive taxation, you refuse to use the term? I don't like to drink tomato juice, but certainly I can admit that it exists and refer to it by its commonly known moniker.
