This thread is funny as sh&t! But I will respond.

Uptown was always about finesse and styling on you. SE was always about ruffin you off. Granted both sides have a little bit of both but NW dudes carry themselves in a different manner than SE.

Uptown: Sheperd Park to Sursum Corda = Eastern ave to L street (North-South boundaries), North Capitol to 18th street (East-West boundaries).
