This story really pissed me off as a black man, I would have beat the sh*t out of them!!
This is an easy comment to make when one wasn't directly involved. It looked like the woman was there with a number of her friends--how well do you suppose things might have turned out for the victim had he physically retaliated against her?

Until people start defending themselves, this is going to keep happening. People need to stop relying on police to protect them.
You make it sound real easy but I think it was a pretty difficult situation. The minute you laid a finger on any of those "children" in retaliation, you could've been charged with assault on a minor and looking at time in jail, whether it was considered self-defense or not. The videos being recorded could easily have been skewed against your favor. You maybe in jail but hey at least you would've taught those kids a lesson right?
