A person can be any ethnicity and seem black, Why? because black people are more chill when it comes to a lot of thing whereas a lot of people of other races aren't. I'll be blunt, when it comes to the DC area, white people are serious as hell, maybe its just east coast attitude or a class issue, people are snobbish and arrogant if they have more $$$.

Believe me I know. Just countering with what Shadow had to say about all the other ethnic groups. It seems like he can't realize all people can be racist, and being black doesn't give you a free ride to insult every other group. And I honestly haven't seen that blacks have more 'swag' (whatever that means) than others. I actually found the opposite...
The racist attitudes and comments on city-data no longer surprise me. But the idea that random attacks by teens is something is limited to a certain race is just silly. Just watch the news or visit youtube and watch white/black/hispanic teens beating random homeless people for fun.
These attacks are committed so they can post the videos online or share them with friends for a laugh. We live in a society that promotes violence. Why are we surprised and outraged we the youngest among us display it?
Teens from a variety of backgrounds and races committing these violent acts. We as a nation need to take a long hard look at why consider this entertainment?
