We all know there is affirmative action for certain minorities (mainly blacks, but aslo to a certain degree Hispanics and Native Americans) when it comes to Federal Employment. However, do you know that at certain federal agencies, not only are they meeting the race quota, but exceeded it by almost 700% for black employees? Why is no one complaining about over-representation? There is only 100% of something. If certain group is way over-represented, shouldn't there be some correction to this reverse discrimination practice solely on race?
That's like saying who cares when no corporations hire black people because they're black despite the fact that some of them are more qualified than the ones hired.

Affirmative Action for Blacks in the feds. Bullshat. Stop reading talking points bruh.
The only people getting affirmative action right now for the feds are Military Vets. Now, if you want to call your congressman to to stop that, go ahead and try.

Do you know there is a huge over-representation of blacks in federal agencies? Not just compare to the general work foce, but to the general population. (in case you don't know, there is a discrepency between those two).
What's your source for this information? My understanding has been that federal agencies hire based on the demographics of the area of hiring. So if DC is as a metro is 30% (just a random guess) black and federal agencies staffed in DC are 30% black then that is ideal. That's what I've heard from people in hr and my personal experience at two agencies and three offices seems to match that. Here in St. Louis we have a very small Hispanic population and therefore very few Hispanic employees.
In other words, move along folks nothing to see here.

The over representation I am refering to is a national number, including the one agency that's close to 700% over the quota.
Well if most federal hiring centers are in places with high black population then does the explanation I provided suffice?
