I've heard good things about the low-cost ($375 per semester) offerings at Graduate School USA, which is also conveniently in your/our neighborhood. Otherwise, many of the embassies have affiliated cultural institutes (Instituto Cervantes, Alliance Francaise, etc.) which offer excellent and low-cost language programs.
