Likewise nobody from DC is going to East St. Louis and thinking they run things. It obviously goes both ways. There's only really certain neighborhoods in DC that has problems. EVERY neighborhood in East St. Louis has problems.

I can't understand how you can compare what goes on in my hood and what goes on in east stl! You obviously lived in estl to try and start comparin anything! And goin further you obviously lived in ward 8 DC too! If push came to shove I bet anything I wouldn't have any problems movin through their city, cause it's the same hood is hood!
