i live in a condo building that is under going major renovations. i have the noise level is unbearable. i have lost the use of my patio. this construction is slated to go on until june. i have pleaded with my landlord to compensate me for the loss of my patio and and noise. to no avail. any suggestions other than moving? do i have any rights?

I'd suck it up unless its your landlord thats doing the renovations specifically - and thus directly causing the issue - if its general work being done by the condo board, this is just part of life, and part of living in any building.
