My husband and I will be visiting DC in July. We want to stay somewhere that is central to some of the places we want to visit such as the white house, jefferson memorial, and the other places generally visited by tourists. I am able to find a ton of places in our price range but I am unfamiliar with the hotels. For example, I can get a decent rate at the Quincy but have never heard of it where I live.
Can you kindly give us a few recommendations on possibly some newer or remodeled hotels we can stay in. Also, give your opinion on the Quincy as well.
