There are some nice newer buildings over that way....drove around this area yesterday. The area definitely has some edge do it still, but it's mostly a lot of nice newer buildings. The rents there are high but still slightly lower for comparable buildings elsewhere in NW. It's definitely a neighborhood worth considering.
Can't wait to see more development in the Triangle. Of all of DC's "new development zones" (Navy Yard, NoMa, Mount Vernon Triangle), I think it has the most potential to be successful.
