Under 21 or 18; clubs& lounges in D.C and M.D (Washington: homes, school)

Hey,
I've live in the Washington, DC/ Silver Spring, MD area.
I'm almost 17. But I'm homeschooled, which makes it a bit harder socially to make friends.
I want to go to a club, but Im not sure how to locate ones that are "teen" or that have teen nights.
Most of them seem to be all the way out in Baltimore.
I'm looking for ones that are closer to home; Bethesda, Georgetown, silverspring, Rockville, DC. Places that I could get to from the Metro/ bus system.
I only know of two, but theres got to be more out there.

I am not sure about the under 21 clubs, you may want to try talking to first-year college students to find out what is what. My best friend went to the U of MD, so I will ask her where she used to hang out before she turned 21, it was mostly campus parties, but I know she ventured off campus for a few things.
