I've personally seen Obama twice, once when he was a Senator and I was sitting in the gallery, another time when I went to an Obama rally.

Seen him in person twice. Drive by I'm guessing around 6 times in my 4 years at GW. I think I've seen the VP more. Also seen Sec Clinton once at DCA with her mother.

I work on Vermont Ave and a week or two ago President Obama at at the Lincoln restaurant right across the street. We didn't actually get to see him, but I saw evidence of him lol - closed streets, photographers, and of course the motorcade. We were all glued to our office windows in the chance that we'd see him, but they ended up taking him down the other alleyway =(

I met Obama in October 2010. Was on TV with him and there's a White House photo of me shaking his hand.

Not sure if the inauguration counts... saw a little black dot really far away haha.
Why does that dot have to be black? what are you, a racialist ?!

I was once behind Cheney on his way back to his home in Great Falls on 123. I could tell because the Black SUV Motorcade would not allow anyone to pass and they all took turns rotating the "blocking the rest of the two lane highway" duty. I'm pretty positive there was a 50 caliber machine gun trained on me behind those black windows the whole way. I did get to flick him off as he turned off towards Great Falls though! I doubt he saw me or cared, but it made me feel better.
