I currently have AT&T as my cellphone carrier. I wanted to know what is the call/data quality in Washington D.C.
I willing be living at one of the dorms on George Washington University's campus later this month, and I will be interning at the U.S. Treasury.
I ran a search on here and some said AT&T was okay, and some said Verizon was the best in Washington D.C., however, these threads are from 2010. Also, AT&T announced that they spent $841 million dollars improving their cell quality in Washington D.C. from 2010-2012.
So any help regarding AT&T's call and data quality is greatly appreciated. Also, if you have information regarding cell and data quality in the Metro tunnels, that would also be appreciated! Thank you very much!

In my experience, all carriers are created equal inside the District. I use AT&T for personal and Verizon for work, both have about the same coverage and signal strength. This includes inside Metro stations (there is no cellular connectivity whilst traversing the tunnels between stations).
