If you are going to make the bad sign argument, you will need photographs. Get out there with a digital camera and take some pics. Then research on the net some possible ways out of the ticket.
Depends a bit on the type of ticket. Confusing doesn't really hold up unless it is blatantly confusing (yes / no, not a shade of grey). Concealed isn't that good either unless it is really bad.
