Thursdays Politiki/Penn Ave Pour house (up the street from the capitol) used to have dollar bud happy hours. I think weds or tues some other bar that was close had 25 cent tacos.

RIP Hawk and Dove. The new management killed the place I hear.

Chef Geoff's is. I'd honestly just walk 10 minutes over to M Street and hit Mighty Pint/Sign of the Whale/Lucky Bar/Hatters.
