Good morning everyone --
I currently work in Columbia, MD, and was considering moving back (originally from Northern Virginia) to Arlington, VA... specifically, Crystal City.
My question is simple - what are the hours, on a daily basis, that this bridge is to be avoided in terms of traffic patterns?
For those extra curious...
- My hours to leave work are flexible, to an extent. I'm essentially asking what time should I leave my office in Columbia to head home and avoid the congestion.
- I would leave early in the AM for work, around 5am, to go to the gym in Columbia. I assume I'll avoid all traffic in the morning at this hour.
I'm assuming that 295-S would be manageable if I'm on the road whenever 395-S is manageable
Trying to avoid speeds of 40mph and less when on the road. Looking for a commute of an hour or less.
- My decision to live in VA is pretty set-in-stone... At this point, I'm looking to make my commute work around where I live and not the other way around.
