These truckers for the Constitution want to send a message to the President and Congress about how funding terrorist is treason. Subsequently, the truckers want to arrest the aforementioned parties for sanctioning the funding. The truckers, also, will slow traffic on the DC beltway on October 11, 2013 in protest. My question is: How is this specific, protest event suppose to change anything? I agree with the motivation, but not necessarily the actions. What do you think?

You would they would pick a different week to protest. After all, who the hell is going to be commuting with everyone furloughed?

Slowing traffic on the Beltway? How would anyone actually be able to tell the difference?

LOL.
So true.
In general it is another bunch of right wing lunatic jerks to hooked on right wing radio and faux news propaganda, who ultimately know little, if anything about the constitution, constitutional law, or policy. Instead like most tea party types they are hooked on conspiracy theories.

The motivation is awful, and clueless.

can they do whatever they're doing without slowing the beltway?

I mean, Navy yard shooting, lady running into congress with her car, then Self-Immolation within a month??? You'll probably get tons of tickets, and go to jail if you interfere.

If you accuse the president of Treason and can't approve it, you know you are committing treason against the nation.

Sometimes people forget to think things through and change their minds several times before they act. These cannot be truly wise people.

I'm going to ram you for wasting tax payers time, if you do this. Also, GA kids tried this and got 4 years jail sentence for reducing traffic, willingness to cause accidents (which happened), and by law, you're not suppose to line up with each other to go 45 an hour, when the flow of the traffic exceeds that. THAT's the Law!

If you want to protest about anything, just go off the highway, street, bi-way, sideways, under ways, and anyways.

According to this morning's new stories there are only a "few dozen" trucks participating. I guess all the predictions of hundreds of thousands of truckers bringing the country to a standstill was slightly off. LOL

This is like that idiot in Virginia who was going to organize an armed march across Memorial Bridge. He's in jail now.
