LOL! Actually, nobody was really calling for Schottenheimer or Gibbs II to go. The rest were short sighted hires except for Norv Turner who Snyder inherited. Robiskie was a an interim/dead man walking.

But yes, you are ultimately correct and I doubt anyone disagrees.
