Changing management and coaching, believe it or not, is probably the worst thing they can do now. The Redskins have no identity and you don't establish it by keeping turning over your staff. You have a young coach who inherited a terrible roster and somehow fans expect this team to win. This team won 3 games last year, didn't have a 1st round pick last year and hasn't had one since RG3. It is going to take years to overcome the issues that have happened for the past few years. For starters, all of those picks that were lost for the RG3 trade have drastically hurt the depth on the team. The team has way too many holes for them to continue to think this is a one year project. They need to really think about how they want to build this team and make them compete consistently in the future. If you keep selling fans this idea that this team will contend every year and you just put band aids over your issues, then you won't go anywhere.

Step 1: The whole of the Redskins Front Office should watch this...

Step 2: I hate to say this as a life-long Cowgirl hater but do what Jimmy did. Start with RG3 and Out and Jordan "Faberge" Reed...GONE!!

Management is a bunch of yes man and Snyder loyalists. The current GM is a cap specialist and not a talent evaluator. The prior GM was basically a buddy of Snyder that didn't tell him to butt out, or tell him his ideas were idiotic.

Why isnt RG3 the solution?? The only winning season you had in 6 years was his first year.

Before he was infected with the redskins losing culture and poison he was good.By year two it was too late he was infected.

Rebuild your offensive line and defensive lines START there.

You run the ball.Play Defense. You can win games in this league if you do that.

Hell, if Trent difer and Rex Grossman can play in Super bowls......so can RG3.

People act like RG3 isnt the best QB on the roster....mccoy failed in cleveland.....Cousins isnt the answer either.

RG3 is the solution.......but this team culture and organization is like poison. The redskins have totally F** UP his development. Horrible QB management.

Do you guys think Redskin has a toxic environment for players? Maybe it's too politically correct? Maybe the players can't have an identity? Maybe they're not all coming together because of it.

Okay so what, you fire Bruce Allen, and you hire someone else. More than likely you will get a new coach, and a new staff, AGAIN. So then you will have to wait for that coach to change around the roster once again to fit their system. More than likely you have to re-work your defense and also find a QB. All of these things take years. I think to do this after just one year with the GM & Coach is stupid because regardless, you aren't going to be good. The best thing you can do is just stay pat and see if Gruden can make this team better next year.

Makes sense.

The problems always go back to Snyder. I have no doubt he would like another Lombardi Trophy, as much as anyone at least.

But after all these years, I think it is clear that the man is intoxicated by HYPE. He loves the big signing, the big name, and the big deal, no matter how expensive or insane.

He is addicted to the limelight even if he looks like a clown.

And he just turned 50. He has at least a few decades of good health left. Have fun Redskin fans!

Default boredatwork

The thing is we dont even need RG3 to be great, just decent. We do need to play as a team and stop looking like one of the most incompetent teams out here. You can't blame the coaches all the time but we do seem to lack motivation and that winning attitude.
